Crisis Management Team (COVID 19)

During the COVID pandemic, I played a vital role as an essential worker within the Crisis Management Team. Within our team, we promptly developed two pivotal dashboards. The first one was dedicated to monitoring Suncor's network, focusing on tracking Network Bandwidth Health and the status of the Client Support Center (CSC). The second dashboard centered on our workforce, providing an availability overview of essential and critical personnel. This included tracking individuals who contracted COVID, identifying those in high-risk categories, monitoring symptomatic cases, and tracking individuals who were self-isolating, among other key metrics. These dashboards were instrumental in our crisis management efforts during these challenging times.
